The ideal candidate will:

• Hold a Diploma in Children's Services/Early Childhood Teaching degree
• A thorough knowledge of the Early Year's Learning framework
• Hold a current First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
• Be experienced with children aged 0 - 5
• Be confident dealing with parents and families on a day to day basis
• Be confident leading a team of up to 2 staff
• Be looking to commit to a role long term
• Have a genuine passion and appreciation for working with young children
