WINERY SUPERVISOR
- Supervise Pilot Plant operations
- Griffith NSW location
- Trial contract to perm role
Our client has developed a pilot plant for the wine industry which will be treating winery by-products and waste such as skins and seeds. These wastes will be processed and used for a variety of purposes e.g. detergents.
The pilot plant will be operated by two operators and our client now requires the services of a suitable qualified Supervisor.
Due to the nature of work, you will be required to sign confidentiality agreements.
Duties:
- Supervision of operators
- Co-ordination of work
- Writing reports and developing spreadsheets
- Some laboratory work
- Liaising with all stakeholders to ensure smooth operation of plant
Ideally you will have:
- Strong knowledge of the wine making process
- Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical components
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong MS office (Word & Excel) proficiency
You will need to have your own vehicle and onsite parking is provided. You will be required to work approx 40 hours per week.
